AM/PM: Begin the trip with a four-wheel drive jeep ride to an elephant camp on the Chalong highlands for a chance to ride these majestic beasts and take in the superb island views. This trip will also prove to be educational as well as adventurous, as guests on the trek learn all about elephants and a conservation project to protect them, and see how they are trained and cared for. Next up is a jeep safari into the Chalong highlands with more great views of Phuket Island and an opportunity to witness a demonstration on how to make Thai jungle curry at a local Thai house. This is followed by a visit to a rubber plantation to see how natural rubber is produced and a fascinating look at how monkeys are trained to pick coconuts for the locals. This memorable tour concludes with a ride by a traditional buffalo cart that takes guests to either a delicious buffet lunch or dinner that everyone will surely enjoy.
