Day 1: Welcome to Hanoi (Dinner)
+ Our driver will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport and take you to the centre of Hanoi to check-in at hotel. You could spend the rest of the day to explore the local life on your own.
+ Welcome dinner at Home Vietnamese restaurant
+ Evening: You will enjoy the performance of the famous Vietnamese traditional art – Water Puppet at Thang Long Theatre..
+ Overnight in Hanoi
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ We’ll visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, One-Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius
+ Then continue the city tour to one of the following museums: Fine Arts Museum / Vietnam National Museum of History / War Museum / Museum of Ethnology
+ Have a delicious lunch at restaurant
+ Enjoy an one-hour cyclo tour around Hanoi before we visit the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Hoan Kiem Lake is one of the major scenic spots in the city and serves as a focal point for its public life. We’ll visit the Huc bridge, Ngoc Son Temple and a curious pagoda in the centre of the lake known as the Turtle Tower, with a legendary history that involves an emperor and a magic sword.
+ Dinner and Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong bay Cruise (Break/Lunch/Dinner)
+ Morning : Transfer to Halong Bay (165 km east from Hanoi), which was listed as the World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. Meaning “Dragon descending to the sea” in Vietnamese, Halong Bay has more than 1,000 limestone islets rising from the sea and many of which contain beautiful grottoes. You will be on a boutique wooden junk to visit Halong Bay.
+ Seafood lunch is served on board while the boat sails on the emerald water of the bay, passing by the islets of Dinh Huong (Incense Urn), Cho Da (the Dog), the Fighting Roosters as well as a Halong fishing village.
+ Visit Sung Sot (Cave of Surprise) – one of the most beautiful caves in the bay. You can climb up to mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay, enjoy swimming or kayaking.
+ Evening: Enjoy movie time or catching squid.
+ Dinner and overnight on board the boat.
Day 4: Halong – Hanoi – Danang (Break/Lunch/Dinner)
+ You wake up early in the morning for a great sunrise and enjoy fresh ocean air in combination with the sound of lapping bay waters. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
+ After an energizing western breakfast, check out at around 09:00 hours. Continue cruising and have a brunch on board.
+ Disembark and transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang (70 minute flight).
+ Arrive at Danang airport. From the port town of Danang we drive through famous Non Nuoc Beach to the enchanting town of Hoi An listed by UNESCO as a World Culture Heritage and known as a well-known trading centre in Southeast Asia from the 16th to 18th centuries. It’s famous for the unique architectural style with Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese influences.
+ Dinner and overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5: Hoi An Ancient town (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ After breakfast, we will take a short walk to get a feel for this enchanting city and enjoy the fresh space. It’s friendly inhabitants, narrow streets, old houses, temples and wooden bridge still remains its ancient character. We’ll visit the Chinese Assembly Hall and Temple (kwan or Phuc Kien Temple), Ancient Houses (Tan Ky or Phung Hung House), Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms: Quan Thang House (Sa Huynh Museum or History Museum).
+ Have lunch at local restaurant
+ After lunch, transfer to Thanh Ha Pottery Village where you can learn and enjoy the daily life of Thanh Ha people. Here we will observe the necessary steps used to produce pottery products such as vases, pots, kettles and cooking pots.
+ We’ll take another 30 minute boat on the Thu Bon River, heading to Kim Bong Village. You’ll have an opportunity to observe the shipbuilding area where wooden fishing vessels are built using traditional techniques. You will also make a stop in the carpentry workshop where carpenters create hand-crafted furniture and sculptures as well as a range of souvenirs. After that, we will then return to Hoi An.
+ Dinner at Brother Café, one of elegant restaurants in Hoi An and overnight in Hoi An
Day 6: Hoi An – Danang – Hue (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ After breakfast, we’ll visit Marble Mountain, a scenic spot with caves, temples, shrines, pagodas with a great view of the surrounding area before arriving at Hue, the former Imperial City of the last dynasty of Vietnam.
+ Enjoy a scenic boat trip on the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda or Heavenly Lady pagoda, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue.
+ Dinner at Ancient House restaurant and Overnight in Hue.
Day 7: Hue – Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ Morning: Visit the Imperial Citadel of Hue – the Purple Forbidden City, Dong Ba local market and Tu Duc Royal Tomb.
+ Lunch at local restaurant.
+ Afternoon: Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City
+ Transfer to hotel.
+ Dinner at local restaurant and Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ Morning: Visit Cu Chi Tunnels (70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City), an amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the Vietnam War. There are more than 200 km of tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. You have the chance to crawl through this amazing system of tunnels.
+ Afternoon: Enjoy Ho Chi Minh City tour passing Saigon River, the Opera House, Town Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral and the old Post Office (all magnificent sights from the French colonial period). Visit Thien Hau pagoda, the former Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum and a lacquer ware workshop.
+ Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh – My Tho (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
+ Morning: Heading out of the town, we travel to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam’s largest rice bowl. On arrival in My Tho, we embark on a boat navigating around the intricate small canals in the delta region, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up and catch a view dotted by many islands. The exciting excursion will pass the lush green vegetation before arriving at the famous Unicorn Island. Here we have opportunities to stroll around an orchard, taste many seasonal fruits and enjoy wonderful traditional music. The next stop of our trip is Ben Tre Province to visit some fascinating local industries.
+ After feasting on a huge lunch, we return to Ho Chi Minh City
+ Dinner at local restaurant and Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 10: Farewell to Vietnam and See you again! (Breakfast)
+ Morning: Free at leisure and then transfer to the airport for your departure flight for the next destination.
