3 DAYS HA NOI – LAN HA BAY WITH OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

DAY 1: HANOI – LAN HA BAY (L/D)

AM: pick up at hotel and proceed by highway directly to the pier in Hai Phong city for the cruise.

We arrive at the office in the pier where you will be welcomed by our crew.

PM: Embark the Cruise and start cruising in Lan Ha Bay. Lan Ha Bay, situated off the southeast coast of Cat Ba Island, is an idyllic spot and quieter alternative to the popular and often busy Halong Bay. The area features some 300 karst islands and limestone outcrops, as well as several white-sand beaches. Visit Light and Dark Cave, where you can do kayaking or bamboo boat rowed by local people. Then return to cruise, followed by swimming near the ship.

Evening, get to the top deck where you can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoy a complimentary sunset party.

Then take part in cooking demonstration to learn about our Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – BIKING AT VIET HAI VILLAGE (B/L/D)

Early morning, start Tai Chi demonstration on sundeck.

AM: Transfer to a Day Boat to head to Viet Hai Village in Cat Ba Island. You will take the bicycle trip along the village, admiring stunning scenery of the rice fields on the way. Then you will have some time for trekking into the forest and explore a hidden cave. (You can also choose to see the village by electric car at additional cost)

Return to the day boat for lunch

PM:  Kayaking to explore Van Boi Bay and visiting the local people who live in the floating village, followed by swimming at a pristine beach.

Back to main boat for relax and dinner. Overnight on board

DAY 3: LAN HA BAY – HANOI (B/L)

Early morning, start Tai Chi demonstration on sundeck.

AM: After light breakfast, visit to Cat Ba Island.  You are taken by bus to visit Trung Trang Cave, the most beautiful stalagmite and stalactite cave, located in Cat Ba National Park.

Return the boat and check out the cabin. Then have brunch in restaurant while the boat sails back to pier. Check out and disembark at around 12:00. Transfer back to Hanoi
