Pick up at you’re your place and depart for local market, experiencing the thriving local activity; then we’ll try some English baguettes, sour apple juice and sweet-jelly soup. Next stops are hidden alleys and small streets to seek out some typical “Banh Xeo” Vietnamese-cracker-pizza with quail eggs, beef jerky and onion. While eating, we can watch people eat and interact when dining out. Then have a short walk along the street and Han River to have a glimpse of Da Nang nightlife. Continue the food trip with one of a delicious bowl of a unique Da Nang specialty – Mi Quang noodles (a flavorful mix of turmeric noodles topped with pork, shrimp, egg and vegetables, infused in thick broth), or marinated grilled pork with vermicelli salad and a few bamboo sticks of pork meat. If you’re feeling brave, you can even challenge yourself by having a bowl of noodles with Danang special pungent fish sauce! Vietnamese style BBQ is one of a must to try, BBQ meat or seafood will be one of your choice before having a lovely light and healthy dessert of grilled banana cooked in coconut milk soup.The trip will be ended after visitting Son Tra night market or An Thuong night market.
