5 DAYS DALAT – BUON MA THUOT

DAY 1: DA LAT ARRIVAL

Meet on arrival at Da Lat / Lien Khuong airport and transfer to hotel in Da Lat  – the jewel of the Central Highlands. It is featured by a park-like environment, with lovely temperature 15°-24°C and sunlight all year round, which create numerous waterfalls, pinewood hills, lakes and evergreen forests and gardens.

PM: strolling or take the horse cart round the hilly roads of Dalat to the graceful Xuan Huong Lake in the centre of the city is highly recommended (own expenses). Evening, free at leisure to discover the city by night and try their famous coffee and cake. Overnight in Dalat.

DAY 2: DA LAT (B/L)

AM: Depart for airy space at RoBin Hill, Dalat Cable Car Station to get the panorama view of the Dalat City and enjoy the marvelous sight of the pine forested valley stretched down to the South. After taking some photos of this, an option to take the cable car descending down 300 meters with the nice view of flower, vegetable fields dotted in the pine forested valley below to visit to Tuyen Lam Lake. Surrounding by pine forest, Tuyen Lam Lake looks like a paradise with the Truc Lam Zen Monastery, at present is the biggest Zen University in Viet Nam. Then transfer to visit Datanla Water Fall, there you can play some games at your own expense. Continue to visit Domain de Marie. Enjoy a sense of peace and relaxation at the church.

PM: Visit Dalat Flower Garden, where you can see hundreds kind of flower blossom, you can take many beautiful picture here. Hang Nga Crazy House. Transfer to Old Railway Station of Indochina with ancient French architectures, the old steam locomotive of Japan and the unique cog railway with Swiss technology offering an atmospheric slice of Dalat history before getting back your hotel (view only). If you love art work, XQ Embroidery village (XQ Historical Village) is a worthy place to see many miraculous hand made embroidery works and find out how they make those fantastic artwork, this is the head and original hand embroidered works of XQ in Vietnam, you will be surprised and admired the charming ladies working here. Keeping on visiting a giant golden statue of Sakyamuni Buddha. Finish tour, back to your place. Overnight in Dalat.

DAY 3: DA LAT – BUON MA THUOT (B/L)

AM: Depart Dalat for Buon Ma thuot – the capital of Central Highlands area  – which does not only possess the beauty of wild, majestic waterfalls, immense mountains, but it also has a rich land, endowed with many unique products by nature, especially coffee.

Upon arrival, explore the highlights of this traditional town, including traditional tribal longhouses and an Amakong ancient house.

PM: visit the Ethnology Museum where we can see many things from the daily life of the ethnic minorities in Vietnam such as clothes, tools, musical instruments. passing the Buon Ma Thuot Penitentiary, built by French colonist since 1900. Visit to Khai Doan Pagoda which boasts a unique feature, a design that is a combination of the Central Highlands long house and palaces of the Hue Royal Court. Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot

DAY 4: BUON MA THUOT – LAK LAKE – DA LAT (B/L)

AM: proceed to Lak lake and visit Jun village, enjoy a ride on Lak lake by dug-out canoe for 1 hour to see the local people fishing. Then visit M’Lieng village on the other side of the lake, walk around the village to discover the daily life of the ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands

PM: transfer back to Dalat for overnight

DAY 5: DA LAT – DEPARTURE (B)

AM: free time at leisure until transfer to Da Lat / Lien Khuong airport for your departure flight
