- Australian base in Nui Dat in Hoa Long Village and Long Tan Cross, Long Phuoc Tunnel and Museum in Long Tan village.

AM: Pick up from the hotel in HCMC and drive to Vung Tau, traveling by immense rubber and cashew nut plantations, as well as scenic rice fields. Stopover to visit the Large House (Nha Lon) and its temples at Long Son Island. Large House is a place to celebrate festivals, with a school, a market, a Ghe Sam preserving house, and Ong Tran’s graveyard.
Upon arrival Hoa Long village, start to visit Nui Dat – where Australian soldiers set up the base in 1966. Discover the old Artillery’s rocks, old bunkers, Kangaroo pad, SAS hill( Nui Dat hill), Lusbcome air field and the battalion’s memoria. Then, visit the Nui Dat school which is built by Australian Veterans for children in the village.
PM: Continue the journey to Long Tan village to visit the Long Tan Cross which was re-built by Australian veterans for soldiers in the battle of Long Tan in 1966.
Explore Long Phuoc Tunnel & its museum. Walk underground to understand the life of local people in the war time. Return to Hochiminh city.
