During the market visit we will describe the classic Vietnamese produce, from fruit and vegetable, to meats and seafood. Our guests will learn how to recognize the different Vietnamese ingredients and be guided in their application.
After visit the Market and transfer to the Cookery Centre for the cooking class at 9.30.
Welcome tea and ginger chips would be served at the beginning. Guests settle the cooking stations.
Menu: Daily menu of hands- on cooking 3 dishes, 1 demonstrated dish and 1 dessert cooked by Chef..
12:00 enjoy lunch with your creation before transfer back to hotel
Same schedule with P.M class from 3.00- 6.00 ( no market visit ) as most of the fresh ingredient shops closed in the evening.
